Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Receive and process incoming inventory with attention to detail
- Maintain organized storage areas to ensure optimal warehouse flow
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to our San Diego facility
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Ability to pass pre-employment physical assessment
