Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship inventory using scanners and packing materials
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Collaborate with team to meet daily production targets
- Perform routine facility maintenance and cleanliness checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Way facility
- Availability for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6 AM-2 PM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
