Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload shipments and operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones and maintain accurate stock records
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing products and report discrepancies
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines during daily operations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide comprehensive onboarding training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems (training provided)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; open to all motivated candidates
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
