Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by selecting, packing, and labeling products
- Maintain organized inventory levels in warehouse racking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Conduct regular quality checks on products and packaging
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in a warehouse environment
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly with proper training
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy orientation
- Reliable transportation to North Olmsted facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
