Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Accurately scan and inventory products using barcode systems
- Prepare outbound orders for shipping with proper packaging
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse areas per safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment under direct supervision
- Report inventory discrepancies to shift supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Chicago facility
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
