Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments efficiently while maintaining inventory accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with provided training
- Sort, organize, and package products according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks and report any discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as needed
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid government-issued ID for employment verification
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to worksite
