Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, pick, pack, and stage products for shipment in an accurate and timely manner.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring stock levels are adequate.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided upon hiring).
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards and customer requirements.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders efficiently to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other warehouse staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a full-time schedule (including weekends if needed).
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
