Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving incoming stock and verifying quantities against packing lists.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and warehouse safety protocols at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Basic Literacy: Ability to read labels, pick tickets, and follow written instructions.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
