Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload shipments and organize inventory in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanning devices
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in daily warehouse cleanliness and organization initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory scanning systems
- Strong work ethic and punctuality with reliable transportation
