Responsibilities
- Sort, scan, and pack products efficiently using warehouse equipment
- Load and unload shipments with attention to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
