Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently using warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts and ensure accurate inventory levels are maintained within the storage facility.
- Receiving: Inspect incoming shipments for damage and verify quantities against packing slips before processing.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as certified.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and keep the workspace clean and organized to prevent accidents.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all packaged items meet company standards for shipping and presentation.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods.
- Communication: Basic English skills required for reading labels, following instructions, and working in a team.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
