Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with high accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 10+ hours per shift).
- Willingness to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use handheld scanners and simple software).
- Reliable transportation to the Mesa, AZ facility.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
