Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Prepare orders for shipment by packing, labeling, and staging products
- Maintain organized inventory counts and assist with cycle counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification)
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Report equipment issues or inventory discrepancies to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with reasonable accommodation
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system operation
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Reliable transportation to our NYC facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends if needed
