Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders with 99% accuracy for customer delivery
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse zones per 5S standards
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly during shifts
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturdays & Sundays, 6 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Valid US work authorization and clean background check
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina for standing/walking on concrete floors
