Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and document incoming inventory using barcode systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with attention to detail and speed
- Maintain organized storage areas and perform regular cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Assist in shipping/receiving dock operations and documentation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday shifts available)
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
- Team player with excellent communication skills
