Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with proper training and certification
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily targets
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and cross-docking operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with barcode scanners
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Valid government-issued photo ID and ability to pass background check
- Reliable transportation to the Industrial District location
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
