As a Warehouse Associate, you'll play a crucial role in our supply chain operations while gaining valuable skills in inventory management, order fulfillment, and material handling. Our onboarding program ensures you're fully prepared to excel from day one.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to quality standards
- Maintain organized and clean workstations and storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Conduct cycle counts and assist in monthly inventory audits
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
- Reliable transportation to 123 Industrial Park Blvd
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends
