Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Load and unload trucks with pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow all safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Inspect products for quality and report any discrepancies
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant facility
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train from scratch!
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
