Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and stage incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout shifts
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as scheduled
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with reasonable accommodation
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods and work in varied temperatures
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
