Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and scan incoming stock into the warehouse management system accurately.
- Packing & Shipping: Pack products securely for shipment, ensuring all safety and quality standards are met.
- Stock Organization: Maintain an organized warehouse floor, labeling shelves, and ensuring easy accessibility of goods.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Inventory Counts: Assist in weekly stock counts and report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: No prior warehouse experience is required; we train all new hires.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Reading Skills: Basic ability to read labels, scan codes, and fill out paperwork.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
