Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and organize inventory in designated zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (with certification training)
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate records
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid California driver's license (forklift operation training provided)
- Reliable transportation to shift location
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork mindset
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
