Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Unload and sort inbound shipments while verifying inventory counts
- Maintain clean, organized workspaces and adhere to OSHA safety standards
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Follow established SOPs for quality control and process efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new processes
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
