Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing incoming inventory
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent experience)
- Basic math skills for inventory and order processing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to work in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Valid state ID or driver's license for equipment operation training
