Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain organized storage areas and implement FIFO inventory rotation
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Valid government-issued ID and work authorization
- Reliable transportation to our East Bay facility
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends if needed
