Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, sort, and package shipments according to company standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanliness of warehouse facilities
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks and organizing storage areas
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required—entry-level candidates welcome
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid government-issued ID and ability to pass background check
