Responsibilities
- Safely move, pack, and organize inventory using powered equipment (training provided)
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate warehouse records
- Load/unload shipments with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts after completing certification
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
