Responsibilities
- Sort, pack, and label inventory with precision and efficiency
- Operate powered pallet jacks and forklifts after certification
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Assist in loading/unloading trucks in a timely manner
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate warehouse machinery after training
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
