Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Operate warehouse equipment (training provided) including forklifts and conveyor systems
- Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Pack and prepare orders for shipment according to specifications
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Participate in mandatory overtime shifts during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to work site
