Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized storage areas and follow safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks with precision
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns immediately
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Reliable transportation to our Northside facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen (no background check)
