Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/unload trucks and sort packages using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with on-the-job training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock rotation
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Meet daily productivity targets in fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in mandatory overtime during peak seasons
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Stamina for 8-hour shifts on concrete floors
- Basic math and communication skills
