Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and efficiency
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification training provided)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data entry
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and 5S methodology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required - we provide paid training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability
