Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces following 5S principles
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle cycle counting processes
- Operate warehouse equipment safely after completing training certification
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Team player with positive attitude and reliability
