Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks safely with proper equipment operation
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team to meet daily productivity goals
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Stamina to stand/walk 8+ hours daily
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to SE DC location
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
