What You'll Do: Safely handle inventory, operate warehouse equipment, maintain accurate records, and ensure efficient shipping/receiving processes. Work in a climate-controlled facility with modern equipment.
Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment
- Maintain organized and clean work areas
- Conduct inventory counts and cycle counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- No experience required – entry-level positions available
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to San Jose facility
- Availability for flexible shifts (including weekends)
- Willingness to undergo background check
