Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship products according to order specifications
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Inspect and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting
- Load/unload trucks and organize stock in designated areas
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Use inventory management software for tracking purposes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper technique
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work site
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hour shifts
