Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Pick and pack orders with precision to ensure customer satisfaction
- Operate warehouse equipment safely including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain organized inventory records through our digital tracking system
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse efficiency during peak hours
- Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks with proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we provide comprehensive onboarding
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not mandatory
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid government-issued ID and authorization to work in the US
