Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming/outgoing shipments
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training included)
- Maintain organized inventory records using digital systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Perform quality checks on products before shipment
- Keep work areas clean and hazard-free
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to North Wichita facility
