Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners
- Load/unload trucks with efficiency and attention to safety protocols
- Maintain organized inventory counts and warehouse cleanliness
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety guidelines at all times
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to East Fort Avenue location
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
- Flexibility with overtime during peak seasons
