Responsibilities
- Efficiently load/untract products from trucks and shelves using manual equipment
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions following safety protocols
- Assist with order fulfillment and shipping preparation
- Operate pallet jacks and basic warehouse machinery after training
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No warehouse experience required – we provide full training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Reliable transportation to our industrial facility
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
