Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Load/unload shipments with forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Maintain organized warehouse conditions through proper stock rotation and cleanliness
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing products to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and follow OSHA guidelines
- Participate in physical inventory counts and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
