Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (e.g., forklifts) and hand trucks safely and efficiently (training provided).
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
