Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages using barcode scanners and automated systems
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Ensure clean, organized, and safe workspace compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper techniques
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience necessary
- Must pass pre-employment physical assessment (strength, stamina)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic math skills required for inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to our Boston facility
