Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight shipments using manual and powered equipment
- Sort, organize, and inventory products according to company standards
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Ensure safe handling of materials and adherence to OSHA regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train all new hires!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system training
- Reliable transportation to our Fresno facility
