Responsibilities
- Picking and Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Material Handling: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided) and pallet jacks, to move materials.
- Warehouse Organization: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations at all times.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet quality standards before they are packaged.
- Load and Unload: Safely receive incoming shipments and load outbound trucks using proper lifting techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
