Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas, trailers, and racks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production goals.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and ability to read labels and scanners.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
