Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify and record incoming shipments against purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Package and label products securely for shipping and distribution.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklifts, scanners) safely and efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions (if applicable).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; high school students welcome.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Atlanta facility.
