Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise to ensure accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure all workstations and aisles remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills for scanning and labeling.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Attention to detail and a strong commitment to workplace safety.
- No prior warehouse experience required; on-site training is provided.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
