Responsibilities
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily productivity targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Assist in inventory management, stocking shelves, and ensuring proper labeling.
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy (ability to use handheld scanners or tablets).
- Willingness to work in various temperature conditions (climate-controlled facility).
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
