Responsibilities
- Pack, Seal, and Label: Accurately pack products for shipment using appropriate materials and methods.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts and maintaining accurate stock levels within the warehouse.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided).
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet company quality standards before shipping.
- Safe Operations: Adhere to all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and maintain high accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to a full-time schedule.
- Communication: Basic ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (will consider equivalent experience).
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
