Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and accurately stock incoming merchandise.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Adhere to strict safety standards and quality assurance protocols.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Data Entry: Use handheld scanners and warehouse management software to log inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience accepted).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: History of consistent, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to learn handheld scanner technology quickly.
- Driving: Valid driver's license is a plus but not required.
